Qualcomm is currently the leader of the smartphone SoC. The top Android flagships out there are powered by Qualcomm high-end chipset. Qualcomm Recently announced the Snapdragon 765 and Snapdragon 765G chipset. Now, the former one belongs to the 7xx series and goes against the likes of Snapdragon730 and Snapdragon730G. The latest chipset in the 7xx series, both Snapdragon765 and Snapdragon 765G bring about new features.

The Snapdragon 765 and 765 G is based on 7 nm EUV fabrication proces. So both will be very efficient SoC and it should help batteries last long on a single charger. The Snapdragon 765 and Snapdragon 765 G features Kryo 585 octa-core with tow high-performance and six power-efficiency cores. Snapdragon 765 and 765G High-performance cores are clocked at 2.4 GHz alongwith 2.2 GHz and six Power-efficiency cores are clocked at 1.8 GHz.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 and 765G houses the Adreno 620 GPU with Vulkan 1.1 API and OpenGL ES 3.2 support. Both chipset support LPDDR4X upto 12 GB RAM and 2133 MHz memory speed.

Modem and WiFi
Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 and 765 G has X52 5G Modem-RF system modem to antenna integrated system for 5G multimode. Snapdragon 765 and 765 G download speed is upto 3.7 GBps and upload speed is upto 1.6 GBps.Both chipset support 5GHz and 2.4 GHz dual band WiFi.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 and 765 G will support upto 192 MP single camera sensor. The chipset can record 4K HDR video with portrait (Bokeh) mode.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 5G on device display support is Full HD+ with upto 120Hz refresh rate. While Snapdragon 765G 5g can support Quad HD+ display with 60Hz refresh rate.
